Go to “my shopping cart” at the top of the page to complete your order. This is done in 3 steps:
1: Your data
Enter the details of your billing address. Do you have a Philicka account, but have not you logged in yet? Then do this now, so that your invoice details are filled in automatically.
– Do you want to receive the package at another address? Then choose “different delivery address” and fill in the details.
2: Shipping method
We ship our plaids with DHL, free within Europe. Out there on request. Your package is insured by us during transport.
– With DHL you can have the package delivered at home or delivered to a DHL pick-up point in your area.
– Depending on your location, your order will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days.
– DHL uses track and trace so that you are always aware of the progress of your order.
You can pay with iDeal, Pay-pall, Mastercard, VISA and Sofort Überweisung.
Within a few minutes after your payment is accepted you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice and specification of your order.
All payments are made via the secure internet checkout (Mollie ??) Ingenico Payment Services. Ingenico is one of Europe’s largest Payment Service Providers. Actual payment is done in the secure environment of Ingenico. This means that you do not pass on payment details to Philicka.com or others, but only to the secured and certified payment environment of Ingenico. Your data is completely protected and can not be read by Philicka.com or become outdated.

1 Our fast and inexpensive online return and exchange arrangement
You can return items on our website up to 7 days after receiving the order. This works quickly, easily and efficiently online. Then you have another 7 days to send the package; in total 14 days
Return service DHL
With the return label that is sent with your order you can return your plaid quickly and safely to us. This service is free.
Returns from other countries:
Our return service is not yet available outside of Europe. That is why the package from other countries will have to be sent sufficiently franked.
1: You can report the plaids back online up to 7 days after receipt. This can be done on the website by logging in and going to ‘My account’.
2: We are happy to receive your return within 7 days after return notification (please note that your return shipment may be on the road for a few days)
3: State the return number on the outside of the package in which you are sending.
Points of attention:
We will gladly receive your plaid with the original labels and packaging and in the condition as you have received from us.
– Return shipping is free with our label.
– If you return in a different way than the return label sent with us, then the costs are for your own account.
Processing and reimbursement of your return shipment
When you register your return and after receiving your package, you will receive confirmation from us by e-mail. In that case the amount to be refunded by You will always be refunded to You within 3 working days after receipt of your return shipment.
