If you want to return your plaid you need to use the enclosed returning label. 

Make sure that the plaid is in the same condition and packaging as you received the plaid before you return it. We will refund the amount as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after receiving the plaid. Repayment will be made via the same payment method used by your purchase.
